I had the opportunity to study with ceramic artist and musician Hernan Vargas at Espacio Comal in Oaxaca City, Mexico in July, 2022. Through his Esculturas Sonoras Hidraulica workshop, I learned the ancient techniques of making ceramic water whistles.
